A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define Dynamics 365 solution requirements
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs, including customizations and integrations
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues in Dynamics 365
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred)
