Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational functions of the IT Technical Services team and ensure services meet business expectations
- Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and support professional development
- Evaluate and improve products and services while monitoring incident and request ticket queues
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology services
- 7+ years of experience as a people manager
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare practice and security standards (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST)
- Advanced understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software management tools
- Experience with device management and security compliance tools
