Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator I to support and evolve their Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address Level 2 and Level 3 support issues for Jira and Confluence, including user queries, permissions, and configurations
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for internal and customer use
  • Support customer implementation projects and enhancement requests, and assist in Jira board configurations and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in IT support and customer engagement
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures
  • Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and automation tools
  • Experience with Linux, Bash, and Unix command line
