Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior IT-Support (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to employees regarding hardware, software, accounts, and digital workplace issues, both remotely and on-site
- Process IT requests reliably and solution-oriented while maintaining composure in stressful situations
- Collaborate closely with engineering and IT security teams, document work in the ticketing system, and contribute to the improvement of IT support processes
Required Qualifications
- Completed training in the IT field, such as IT specialist for system integration, and/or initial professional experience in IT service units
- Strong initiative, customer orientation, and communication skills
- Experience in user support and implementation of IT projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows; basic knowledge of MAC OS is desirable
- Fluent in German and good command of English, both spoken and written
