A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer (Admin Assistant).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to DoDEA's Infrastructure Programs branch leadership
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Assist with onboarding new employees and manage documentation for hiring processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Federal or DoD environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET or Interim SECRET clearance
