Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to meet or exceed sales revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline generation and management while ensuring accurate sales forecasting
  • Coach the sales team on advanced sales methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the K12 education market
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of managing teams to a collective quota of $5M+ annually
  • 4+ years of experience selling to large Enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
