A company is looking for a Sales Manager for the K12 education market focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to meet or exceed sales revenue targets
- Drive pipeline generation and management while ensuring accurate sales forecasting
- Coach the sales team on advanced sales methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in the K12 education market
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of managing teams to a collective quota of $5M+ annually
- 4+ years of experience selling to large Enterprise accounts
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
