Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service to students and faculty experiencing virtual lab issues
- Troubleshoot software installation and usage problems, guiding users through lab activities
- Perform quality assurance checks on virtual lab environments and document issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk environments
- Experience with troubleshooting software installation and usage issues
- Familiarity with ticket management systems, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to document technical issues clearly and comprehensively
