Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions for systems integration and configuration
- Analyze systems scope and objectives to produce functional design specifications
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in a Business Analysis role, with preference for candidates who have led engagements
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Life and Annuities
- Knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, and implementation in the insurance industry
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with configurable enterprise systems
