Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst to drive clarity and ownership across end-to-end go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and operationalize a structured Lead-to-Cash journey in collaboration with various teams
- Drive continuous improvement of sales and go-to-market processes to enhance conversion and velocity
- Develop a business architecture blueprint that maps go-to-market journeys and processes across the funnel
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Architecture, or Process Optimization roles
- Experience in designing and operationalizing lead-to-cash processes in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or similar experience
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification
