A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst-Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide complex financial modeling and analytic support for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Lead projects focused on process improvement and financial analytics for contracts
• Utilize various accounting systems and tools to develop detailed reports and summaries for management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field from an accredited university
• 7+ years of experience in finance, including business plans, budgets, and productivity analysis
• Experience in physician management and provider compensation is preferred
• Familiarity with financial systems and analytical tools such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, and SQL/VBA is a plus
