A company is looking for a Lead, Product Experimentation in the Media Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and implement core statistical inference capabilities within the experimentation platform
- Conduct statistical analysis on experiment data to optimize detection of real effects and enhance signal purity
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and deploy statistical methodologies into production data pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in experimentation science, applied statistics, data science, or data engineering
- Deep expertise in statistical inference for experimentation methodologies
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Spark, or Databricks
- Proven ability to analyze large experimental datasets to optimize methodologies
- Experience in mentoring technical colleagues and contributing to cross-functional projects
