Lead QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead QA Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure testing efforts in coordination with the PM team and Team Lead
• Develop and update testing strategies while optimizing QA/QC processes
• Control QA processes within the team and enhance the technical skills of team members

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in testing, with at least 2 years in a lead position
• Experience managing a QA team of at least 3 people
• Strong knowledge of testing theory and methodologies
• Experience working with REST API, gRPC, and Kafka
• Familiarity with agile teams and experience in estimating and distributing testing tasks
