Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Service Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, monitor, and report on SLA/SLO for critical IT services, ensuring adherence and driving initiatives to meet targets
- Collaborate with IT Operations and DevOps teams to ensure seamless service transitions and effective incident management
- Develop and implement best practices for service management processes, leveraging ITIL frameworks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and other IT best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in service management tools such as Jira Service Management and OpsGenie
