Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to set UX direction on cross-functional product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to create engaging product experiences
• Design user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, including rapid prototyping
• Mentor junior designers and take ownership of the quality of UX work on the product team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UX design or product experiences
• Experience working on a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of mentoring experience with other designers
• Authority in navigating and leveraging a heavily cross-functional environment
