UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer, Intranet.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create user-centered designs including workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Drive the evolution and maintenance of the internal design system, advocating for UX best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• 3+ years' experience in UX design, including creating wireframes and user journeys
• 3+ years' experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus
