Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in web marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech
- Proven experience managing and scaling Webflow or similar websites as conversion-optimized growth channels
- Expertise in SEO and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMRush
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and analytics platforms such as GA4 or HubSpot
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with multi-regional site structures and localization workflows
