A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the organization
- Develop and manage leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level leaders, including event management and program analysis
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to design and implement programs based on business insights and data-driven metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
- 8-10+ years of related experience in learning, consulting, or program management roles focused on organizational effectiveness
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs across the enterprise
- Expert facilitation skills with experience in various group settings
- Understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning strategies
