A company is looking for a GTM Leadership Development Principal Curriculum Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and create content for leadership development to enhance skills for GTM Leaders
- Create and manage end-to-end programs and projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Design and deliver training content, digital assets, and workshops for professional development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM function or related areas
- Experience in facilitation, coaching, business communication, or project management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for program management
- People management experience is preferred
