A company is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and produce multimedia training resources focused on performance management topics
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR teams to identify training needs and align with business objectives
- Support change management initiatives related to performance management processes and conduct research for content development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design or training development, preferably in large corporate environments
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Familiarity with performance management concepts and processes
