Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to lead training initiatives for new and existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals
• Oversee multiple learning projects to ensure timely completion and success
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a related field
• Experience with CRM training, particularly Salesforce, D365, or Applied Epic, is a plus
• Strong understanding of relevant systems and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, video editing, LMS, and AI
