Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to lead training initiatives for new and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals
- Oversee multiple learning projects to ensure timely completion and success
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a related field
- Experience with CRM training, particularly Salesforce, D365, or Applied Epic, is a plus
- Strong understanding of relevant systems and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, video editing, LMS, and AI
