Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Portfolio Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute Learning and Knowledge Management strategies for GO LOBs
• Conduct Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) and Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to develop learning solutions
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective Learning and Knowledge Management strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in Performance Analysis and Instructional Design
• 5-8 years of experience in Project Management Strategy and Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory
