Learning Cohort Moderator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Cohort Moderator (Part-Time/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the learning platform, including posting updates and tracking engagement analytics
• Foster cohort engagement through prompts and facilitate sessions and community-building activities
• Coordinate logistics for synchronous sessions and support planning for in-person events

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing digital learning platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience supporting adult learners in cohort-based environments
• Familiarity with the nonprofit and impact measurement sectors (preferred)
• High level of comfort with tech tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Airtable, etc.)
