- Analyze learning needs for future mergers and acquisitions and support companywide learning efforts
- Develop tailored strategies and deliver impactful programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, or a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in property casualty insurance, adult learning, instructional design, or organizational development
- Expertise in conducting complex and data-driven needs analysis
- Prior experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs across various business levels
