Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant to support employee engagement and onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative learning and development solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Analyze learning needs for future mergers and acquisitions and support companywide learning efforts
  • Develop tailored strategies and deliver impactful programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, or a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in property casualty insurance, adult learning, instructional design, or organizational development
  • Expertise in conducting complex and data-driven needs analysis
  • Prior experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale programs across various business levels
