A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging learning experiences for a global sales audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive online and blended learning solutions using e-learning authoring tools
- Create high-quality materials to support multi-modal learning experiences, including facilitator guides and assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing eLearning using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- 5+ years applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- 5+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday LMS
- Proficiency in visual design principles and software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in video production and editing for eLearning and instructor-led training
