Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Specialist to support loan servicing and issue remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues across multiple loan products and servicing platforms
• Track and analyze escalations, identify patterns, and recommend policy or process improvements
• Support loan servicing workflows and create/update policy documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in lending operations, loan servicing, or collections, preferably in a FinTech environment
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with ambiguity
• Familiarity with lending regulations and a customer-first mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
