Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver consulting projects that align with client needs and service standards
- Support the development and delivery of strategic services such as operational reviews and assessments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify client opportunities and support business development
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science (MLS)/MLIS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in library operations or administration, with project or team leadership responsibilities
- Experience in consulting services or project coordination in a library or public-sector environment
- Familiarity with service design, space planning, or data-driven library improvement efforts
- Comfortable using technology and data to drive decisions and explain outcomes
