Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Supervisor in Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and oversees care coordination for behavioral health members
• Monitors compliance with documentation and assigns caseloads based on requirements and member needs
• Provides guidance on complex care cases and evaluates team performance, offering coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree or graduation from an accredited nursing school
• 4+ years of related experience in behavioral health care management
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMHC)
• Experience in supervising or managing care teams is preferred
• Willingness to work specified schedules (Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Saturday)
