Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Client Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and referring complex needs to Virtual Advisors
- Initiate calls and emails in response to marketing campaigns and effectively manage the client pipeline
- Employ consultative sales skills to identify client needs and facilitate connections with expert advisors
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- 3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications
- FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
