Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including agreements and letters of intent
• Provide strategic advice to business development and senior management on corporate matters

Required Qualifications

• JD required
• License to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with corporate matters and transactions, particularly in health insurance
