A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Coach to provide specialized coaching support to individuals transitioning in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic coaching sessions regularly to clients
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate behavioral change
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and collaborate with team members for continuity of care

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field
• Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, LMHC) in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in coaching, therapy, or counseling services
• Training or experience in motivational interviewing and client-centered coaching techniques
• Comfortable with remote service delivery and technology platforms
