Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute campaigns in Braze, ensuring technical quality across multiple channels
- Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor campaign performance, providing updates and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer lifecycle marketing with enterprise-grade marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of lifecycle/CRM marketing concepts and best practices
- Proficient in HTML and CSS for campaign content updates and optimizations
- Experience with performance reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar
