- Maintain and optimize journey maps to enhance loyalty and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing and retention strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation software (ESPs, CDPs, CRMs)
- Proficiency in delivering multichannel strategies and A/B testing
- Experience in customer research, journey mapping, and loyalty programs is a plus
