Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst I, responsible for managing mortgage loan rate locks in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests
• Analyze and resolve operational issues related to rate lock mismatches
• Monitor and report on locked pipeline activity and assist with pricing adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage experience preferred, especially in pricing/registration
• Foundational knowledge of agency and federal loan program guidelines
• Proficient computer skills in applications such as Excel and Encompass
• Ability to accept coaching and constructive criticism
