Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of their rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property maintenance and repairs for single-family homes
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address property upkeep

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Proficient in property management or work order systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades are a plus
• Must be available for on-call duty on a rotational basis, including nights and weekends
