Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Deal Strategy to lead and scale their Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Deal Strategy team, guiding on deal structure and pricing governance
- Oversee daily Deal Desk activities, ensuring timely support for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Act as a liaison for escalations involving Legal, Accounting, and Finance, ensuring alignment on deal terms
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a people management role
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS and high-growth companies, specifically in Deal Desk roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with DocuSign, Ironclad CLM, or similar tools
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Legal teams
