Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate responsibilities of IT teams for IMS database administration
• Oversee project management, training sessions, and performance reviews for team members
• Manage team operations, including ticket queues and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of IMS Logical DBA experience
• 5+ years of IT Operations experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5 years of management experience in a related field
• Experience with major database products and ITSM tools
• Ability to effectively lead and coordinate internal resources
