Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2 years of experience in call center support
- 2 years of experience speaking Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience level: Experienced
