Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and other communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members
- Support medical records management and assist with patient registration and insurance verification
- Participate in patient access and care coordination efforts to enhance quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent
- Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
