Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support a marketing team in evaluating campaign performance and generating actionable customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance of marketing campaigns focusing on ROI, lift, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Partner with marketing managers to design measurement strategies, test plans, and KPIs before campaign launch
- Develop and deliver post-campaign performance reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
- 5-6 years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar role, preferably in a data-driven organization
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Power BI)
- Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing performance and customer behavior
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, customer metrics, and attribution models
