A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to lead the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable marketing operations processes for global campaigns
- Own the end-to-end campaign development process, including testing and performance analysis
- Oversee the integration and optimization of MarTech solutions and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications and Education
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and operations, with expertise in Marketo
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Salesforce and others
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification required
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization
