Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns for C&S and Optum Care programs
- Design and implement campaigns to attract and enroll new members into oncology programs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization
- 5+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
- 3+ years of consumer marketing experience
- 2+ years of global marketing experience
- Demonstrated success planning, executing, and measuring marketing B2C
