Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager (Lead Generation).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize campaign performance
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of marketing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus
• 7+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or technology-focused environment
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns
• Experience working with OEM partner ecosystems, preferably with Oracle
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools
