A company is looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to oversee tools, processes, and reporting for their go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and their integrations
- Drive clean lead routing, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting across platforms
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong experience with Salesforce and its integration with marketing systems
- Familiarity with API tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
- Deep experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
