A company is looking for a Customer, Field, & ABM Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute webinars and in-person events, managing logistics and promotion
- Support account-based marketing initiatives and track engagement for target accounts
- Manage gifting platform and customer advocacy tool, coordinating campaigns and communications
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field or customer marketing
- Experience with webinars and virtual events, preferably with On24
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRMs
- Understanding of SaaS or Fintech buying journeys is a plus
- Experience managing customer advocacy programs and gifting platforms is a plus
