Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and operational KPIs
- Assist with marketing technology integrations and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Document and improve MarCom processes, creating templates and training materials for consistency
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM, CMS, or BI tools preferred
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Curious and collaborative, eager to learn in a dynamic team environment
