Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across its Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a centralized project intake process and workflow templates
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline repeatable work and reduce friction in execution
- Maintain visibility into project status and develop reporting cadences and dashboards for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in program/project management or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (SalesForce and Pardot preferred)
- Expertise with project/workflow management tools (Wrike preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, both internally and externally
