Job Summary
A company is looking for a MarTech Issues Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders experiencing issues with MarTech platforms, diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 issues
- Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns
- Utilize monitoring tools to identify potential issues and trends, providing regular reports on issue resolution metrics
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a MarTech operations role
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, preferred
- Proficiency with various marketing automation technology and strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt workflows based on new learnings
