Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all contract operations and performance
- Serve as the main point of contact with NRC COR
- Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication
Required Qualifications
- Master's/Doctorate in mental health or health administration
- 10+ years of healthcare administration experience
- 5+ years managing multi-state Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- CEAP preferred
