Measurement and Impact Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Measurement & Impact (M&I) Manager to support philanthropic programs across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-design and implement measurement systems and learning frameworks
• Lead the development of theories of change and mixed-methods evaluation designs
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and facilitate learning sessions

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in measurement, evaluation, and learning
• Proven ability to design and implement mixed-methods evaluation systems
• Experience generating insights from qualitative data and quantitative metrics
• Experience working with African research teams or youth networks
• Ability to operate effectively in diverse and remote working environments
