A company is looking for a Measurement & Impact (M&I) Manager to support philanthropic programs across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-design and implement measurement systems and learning frameworks
- Lead the development of theories of change and mixed-methods evaluation designs
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and facilitate learning sessions
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in measurement, evaluation, and learning
- Proven ability to design and implement mixed-methods evaluation systems
- Experience generating insights from qualitative data and quantitative metrics
- Experience working with African research teams or youth networks
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse and remote working environments
