A company is looking for a Medical Information Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and process medical information inquiries from various stakeholders
- Triage incoming information based on regulatory requirements and company SOPs
- Enter information into databases and maintain a library of responses to FAQs
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare professional (Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacist, Dentist, etc.)
- 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or medical information
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with Argus, LifeSphere, or similar software preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred
